The Camargue Region of France 2018
We wore fishermen’s waders…the kind that come to mid-chest. We stood in the water, cameras ready as we waited for the horses to run toward us. Maybe it took a minute or two for them to close the gap.
We used the fastest frames per second our cameras and memory cards could handle. One woman lost her balance and fell into the water, camera, lens and all. What a disappointment! She handled it well although for days afterwards she was to hear the constant admonishing ” to be careful”.
