A farmer-woman, she concentrated on selling her lettuces. Her flawless, rosy complexion caught my eye. I had to tame the color in her face by making a black and white layer and then adding a color layer on top. Then I changed the blend mode and decreased opacity until I was happy. The blend modes to go to first are: soft light, overlay, multiply…after that you are on your own.
