I shot these mushrooms in a covered market in a rural Chinese town. Of course, a rural town in China often has a population of 16 million. No matter. If you were there you would know it was rural by the mud streets and by the ethnic costumes and by the way the farmers hunkered on the street corners to watch the goings-on.
