Monument Valley, USA 2013
Before I visited Monument Valley, I looked on the net for photos of Monument Valley and I saw hundreds of versions of this shot. At sunset, each day, everyone lines up on the patio of the View Hotel and waits to get their perfect shot. I was below the hotel at the time. The sun was going down fast. There was no time to drive to the hotel, park and run to the lookout point. Strike while the iron is hot!
