She worked in a craft shop making paper umbrellas. But she could have been sitting in the living room of a mansion offering her guests tea…she seemed a vision from the past.
I used Topaz software to get this look. There are many YouTube videos on how to use the software. Topaz also has forums where people show their work and tell which Topaz software they used to get the result.
