Dunes and Sky
Near Merzouga, Morocco: 1990’s
It was difficult to get these colors “true”, but I finally managed using Image>Adjustments>Color Balance. The dunes change color according to the time of day going from a pale beige to yellow to pink in the evenings. In mid-day, when the sand isn’t blowing, the sky can be almost this blue and the sand almost this yellow.
