Fish Skinner

A young boy working in a “restaurant” prepares fish for cooking by skinning them with his teeth. He pulls the skin from the flesh by gripping the skin between his teeth. He seemed happy to show us how he did his job. Although I love to eat fish, I am sure that if I had his job, I’d never eat another bite of fish as long as I lived.
