Poplar Leaves on Blue Bench
Kyrgyzstan 2012: The Grounds of Prezewalski’s Museum
The blue paint of this bench and the contrast with the yellow/orange poplar leaves caught my eye. I imagined generations of visitors to the museum sitting here, enjoying the fresh air of the forest. Perhaps because the bench was old and broken in places, it seemed to belong among the trees.
I used Snap Art 3 to give this a painted look. It adds a dreamy, nostalgic feel to the image. .
